Basic Bellydance Moves
|The following is an online workbook, and a work in progress, to help you in mastering the basics of bellydance. Although an actual teacher and class time never can be and never should be replaced with written or video instruction, I recognize the fact that often when just beginning, what was learned in class becomes a bit fuzzy when trying to practice it at home. With this in mind I've created a primer, of sorts, to help with concepts of movement. i.e. up movements vs. down movements, side to side, etc. Please accept this for what it is, simply a way of triggering your memory of what you've learned in class. My apologies also for the artwork. I've tried to keep the lines clean and simple so you get a concept of the motion of the human body, but Da Vinci I'm not. All this being said, enjoy.|
