Rib Slides

Rib Slides: In basic position, with arms out to sides at shoulder level. Using just the rib cage, slide right, then left, & repeat. Objective is to keep the bottom half of the body still, while moving the upper body (rib cage) from side to side over the hips. While keeping the arms out to the sides, think of sliding along an imaginary line, so the arms (and shoulders) remain level at all times.
