Basic Moves
Snake Arms
Snake Arms: One foot slightly in front of the other, both knees bent. Assume an S shaped position with the right shoulder in #1 position and the left shoulder in #2 position. This means the right shoulder will roll back, rotating the elbow to the floor and the palm to the wall. As this happens the left shoulder rolls forward, elbow to ceiling, back of the hand to left wall. Roll the left shoulder back, rotating the elbow to the floor and palm to wall while simultaneously rolling the right shoulder forward, elbow to ceiling, back of the hand to wall. Snake arms is this flowing of one side to another by alternating positions between 1 & 2, right and left.
